For the last few years I and my older brother Harav HaGaon Rabbi Eliezer Rot Shlita (who is the son-in-law of Maran HaGaon Rabbi Yitzchok Zilberstein Shlita the Rav of Ramat Elchanan and a member of the Moetzet Gedolei HaTorah, and a nephew of Maran HaGaon Rabbi Chaim Kanievsky Shlita, the Rabban of all Klal Yisroel ) have merited to be busy with Kiruv Rechokim and other important projects for the benefit of the public.  All this has been undertaken with the advice and partnership of the Mekubal Harav Kook Shlita from Tiveria (who is my brother's  brother-in-law – they are both sons-in-law of Harav Yitzchok Zilberstein Shlita).

My brother and myself have opened a Registered Charity called "Chikrei Mishpat" and for this charity we have Ishur Nihul Takin, Tofes 46 and all the necessary documents.  Harav Kook Shlita has written in the attached letter that he is a full partner in our work and Maran Harav Zilberstein Shlita and Maran Harav Kanievsky Shlita have also added their support and signed on the letter of Harav Kook Shlita.

The purpose of this Registered Charity is to benefit the public in the following ways:

At the request of Rav Kook, Harav Eliezer Rot runs around every day to different cities like Ramat Gan, Tel-Aviv, Caesaria, Ramat Aviv, Tiveria and other places to give Shiurim in Kiruv Rechokim in order to bring people nearer to the Torah and HaKodosh Boruch Hu and Boruch Hashem we see real miracles in how people start coming closer.  These Shiurim pull the hearts of the participants in a magnificent way and many people have started putting on Tefillin and keeping Shabbos as a result.

The expenses are many eg. travelling, preparing special projects, giving out Seforim, buying refreshments for the Shiruim and more and most of these expenses are on my shoulders.

In addition I, Harav Yisrael Rot am a Maggid Shiur in the Yeshiva Ketana of "Bais Refoel – Beer Yisroel" in Bnei Brak for Sephardi Bochurim.  I am also busy giving advice and help to many of the above Bochurim who have special needs eg. orphans, children of divorced parents and others who are suffering either in ruchniyus or gashmius.

In order to make the Torah beloved to these boys we need to give them many extra-curricular activities and trips which cost a lot of money eg from time to time we take them out on a trip Thursday night with food and drink and we bring someone to sing emotional songs with them or to give them an interesting talk.  We also have contests with expensive prizes, we take them on special trips or a whole Shabbos away with the entire Yeshiva and staff.  All this is undertaken through "Chikrei Mishpat" since these expenses are not part of the regular budget of the Yeshiva.  The monthly budget of these extra-curricular activities equals 8,000 Shekel and the annual budget equals 96,000 Shekel.

You can see pictures and interesting films of these projects on our site: http://pninim.co.il. And our work with Kiruv you can see on פעולות קירוב

Therefore we turn to you with a plea of "Pikuach Nefesh" to help us and I have no doubt that your efforts will be repaid with "Yeshuot" and it will bring closer the coming of Moshiach speedily in our days.
